your explanation makes me equate them to the Tachikoma in Ghost in the Shell.

Although they would probably have to scale it down a bit but how cool would Albax be. I know we got 3 ele heros already so would be a waste, but model wise oww yes .

It's 100% not going to be a character we've seen yet. Why would they pick someone we've already seen when a new character let's them further bridge the gap to GW2 (which IS the whole point of GW:B after all).

Because they said we'd be /doh'ing when we get the hero because it's supposed to be 'obvious'. Such a statement seems contradictory with the new hero being someone entirely new.

I mean obviously im only assuming here, but im thinking... seen as its in cantha the new hero is going to be Rt. We have been told its not going to be sin right?
No reason it cant be a paragon of course but just thinking most likely here.

+ i would expect him as a hero. so John's quote would be wrong in my opinion.

Keiran would be expected. Keiran as a paragon...not so much.

John described it as "not what we expect." Koning on krewe described it as "facepalm obvious." Also not a ranger or assassin. So keiran as paragon is the only idea presented so far that fits all three statements.

^this, and it will involve someone from the WiK/HotN storyline. Which opens doors for my favorite guess, Blimm as a Rt.

I think Evennia would work for that statement as well. She went missing at the end of WiK, and she was last supposed to be in Old Ascalon.
Only problem is that she's a monk, and we have 3 monk heroes already.
edit: I too would enjoy Blimm as a Rt.

but didnt someone say its someone unexpected but we would face palm when we saw it? so it has to be one we seen or come across our playing. and since we have to have finished facs to get the new stuff when it comes out the amount of npc's we've seen it huge.

John Stumme mentioned that the new hero would be a part of Hearts of the North, and would come out around the time of the wedding ceremony.

This is probably true, since Konig has yet to say no to it, either here or on guildwars2guru.

I agree with what your saying about Keiran as a paragon would not be expected, but considering he used paragon skills on the last HotN quest makes it kinda obvious again dont it?.
Unless thats the hint they tried to give us without actually telling us of course.

That's the point, yes. And you have to remember that WHO is saying it is obvious differs. From Stumme's standpoint, it's a clever hint that most will not figure out and be surprised. From Koning's standpoint, we are having it rubbed in our face.
